Shush, this is a cute song.
I don't want to talk about the tragedy... I think the first step to recovery is to focus on an answer rather than dwelling on the past. So I'll leave this subject alone, but before I do, I want to join the millions in sending my condolences to the families and friends of those who have perished.
Anyhow. I went to Home Depot today to buy some paint supplies. I found a 1bdrm/1bath apartment only half a mile away from my office and right near all the cool shops and what not. I signed the lease on Thursday and I plan on painting my living room tomorrow (err, later today). After lots and lots of thinking and planning I finally decided to paint my walls olive green. Sure, it sounds retarded right now, but once you see it in person it's going to be P-I-M-P. I'm going to paint my bathroom blue and my bedroom something else that I haven't decided yet. Maybe a burnt yellow similar to my old apartment.
Good Lord... could Molly Shannon BE anymore annoying?!

I'm going to spend all day tomorrow painting. Ugh.. that's going to suck balls. Well at least I won't have boring white walls. Woo. I'm excited to see the finished product. After waiting in line for a freakin' half hour to finally give my paint swatch to the counter dude and have him mix the color I wanted I'm ready to get filthy. My manager said he's alright with me painting the walls, but he's probably gonna be like err wtf when he sees my green paint. Hehe.. oh well, I told him I might be painting a weird color. He's such a cool manager.
I'm off to browse potterybarn.com, crateandbarrell.com, linensnthings.com and last but not least ikea.com. G'night!
