listening to >>> "all for you" by janet
I bought Janet's new CD today. I didn't get to listen to all of it though because I raced off to my aunt's house to meet my friend. See, I don't want the guys that I date to know where I live, because then that gives them the power to drop by whenever their little heart desires, and I really really don't want that. It was his birthday tonight so I agreed to have dinner with him. Right afterwards I gave him a kiss on the cheek and went home.

Earlier today I stopped by Coco's (kinda like Denny's) to get a piece of strawberry pie (that's his favorite). As I was waiting for them to box that shit up, I saw a couple who were dressed for prom. WTF. WHY in the hell would you take your prom date to COCO's for dinner?! And it was like 5 in the afternoon! Damn what a cheap ass date. Heh heh, well I guess whatever makes them happy is all that matters. That's crazy though. At my prom my ex and I went to this expensive ass french restaurant where they stuffed our faces with french deserts and chocolates and shit. That place was cool. I wish I had pictures.

So let's catch up on what's been happening in Mae's life the past week. Hmmm... well the highlight of my week was when I test drove this 1995 black on black leather Integra GS-R. I fell in love from the first second my ass touched the nice smooth leather of the driver's seat. I must have looked like a moron the way I groped the shifter as if it was a dick or something. I was just so awe struck at how beautifully crafted this piece of machinery was. I popped it in reverse out of the guy's driveway and gunned it down the long stretch of empty road. I looked at him, he looked at me, smiled and said "go ahead, see how fast it goes.." My eyes lit up and I said OK! I redlined almost every single gear, and oh, the sound of that DOHC VTEC engine made me all tingly inside.

The guy and I started chatting a little bit and he asked me a little bit about myself and what not. He was pretty cute too. He was telling me how cute it was that I was so amazed by the car. Hehe... I informed him that my current car is a dinky little civic and that I'm not used to this much power. I mean, it's only got like 170 horsies but that's still a lot compared to my 127 hp civic! So anyways, in order to secure this lovely, lovely car, I must get past two hurdles. Hurdle 1: Get the civic off of my name somehow, my mom is going to have to find herself a loan to refinance my car under her name... and Hurdle 2: Apply and get approved for a car loan. Both hurdles are equally shady as to whether or not I will surpass them, but hey I've got my fingers crossed and a promising fortune cookie on my side. (It said: "Luck will come when you least expect it") The guy called me tonight though and I told him I'd put a deposit on the car, so he can hold it for me. *sigh* Just wish me luck.

What else is going on.... oh yeah, I've reached 2427 posts on SuperHonda. =( Pardon me while I find my life.
